One for the gardening classical music nuts among you
The Philharmonia Orchestra are getting horticultural with their rare performance of Respighi’s exuberant, trilogy of symphonic poems. The music paints a picture of pine groves and festivals, with a dash of Imperial Roman splendour. Pianist Ingrid Fliter also performs de Falla's exotic Nights in the Gardens of Spain.
