Pillow Cinema: Star Wars – The Force Awakens
Just be careful with your lightsaber around those beanbags: that'll make a right mess
It's time for a cinema revolution…and it's gonna be stuffed with feathers. Situated in the heart of East London, Pillow Cinema have transformed the stunning Tudor home Sutton House into a cosy space filled with fatboy bean bags. They’ll be screening a great range of films, so come and join them for the loveliest, comfiest, cosiest cinema experience this side of a fluffy cloud. The film that had fanboys and girls clutching on to their mint condition collectible Han Solo action figures for dear life, Star Wars: The Force Awakens is the seventh instalment in the fan-favourite. JJ Abrams was the man at the helm, hoping to redeem the films from Jar Jar Binks and a stoney-faced Ewan McGregor, and boy, did he deliver. This film has (inter)stellar action sequences, new and intriguing characters and, even though it's basically the same as A New Hope, it's still great. Get comfy and enjoy one of the funnest films of the year. "It's everything the kid in us goes to the movies for -- marvelous adventure that leaves us surprised, scared and euphoric." – Rolling Stone "The Force Awakens isn't just one the finest movies of 2015, it's the best movie of the year, full stop." – Toronto Star Certificate: 12A. Running time: 2 hours 16 minutes.
"Just see it. You'll love it."
