It's time to discover pole dancing as a sportPole Sport is a pole dancing fitness movement based in London. Pole Sport encourages both men and woman to discover pole dancing as a sport to help you achieve your own personal fitness goals.
It has both traditional pole dance classes and pole dance choreography lessons, alongside strength and conditioning classes using pole and body weight, cardio pole and open pole sessions.
A fun class for all abilities improving your strength and stamina. You will work on conditioning exercises on the pole learning the human flag, shoulder mount levers, straddle, inverts and climbs. It is advised that you have had some previous experience with pole or callisthenics to benefit the most from this class.
Please bring shorts. You may prefer to come changed before class. There is a shower on the ground floor, ladies toilets on the fourth floor, mens toilets on the third floor.
