Rambert: A Linha Curva + Other Works
Pushing the powers of expression to their beautiful limit
The Sadler's Wells stage will be welcoming back the awesome dancing troupe Rambert to their stage. The riotous A Linha Curva is Rambert’s party piece: a colourful, sexy, percussion-fuelled explosion of samba-flavoured dance that was last seen in 2010, when it helped Rambert win the Olivier Award for Outstanding Achievement In Dance. It really is a piece that manages to lifts the hairs on the back of your neck, before raising the roof. Sadler's Wells has been presenting theatrical productions for over 300 years. Constantly supporting the arts, they host a diverse programme of entertainment. Alongside theatre, they are world leaders in contemporary dance and they also provide a home for artists. "They move with mercurial fleetness and charm, the dancers slipping between the notes with a silvery, whiplash displacement of air, or luxuriating voluptuously into the music." – The Guardian "A tropical triumph of a revival." – The Independent Running time: 2 hours with an interval (1 hour 20 minutes with an interval on matinees). All ticket prices for Rambert are inclusive of any booking fees: YPlan will not charge you any additional amounts for your tickets. When booking tickets, you can pick your seat from the seatmap once you've selected a date. For your comfort and security, you may be subject to additional checks on your visit to London theatres.
