Like most "effortless" pairings, this collaboration between Rosewood London and the celebrated Gunderloch Winery is the result of a lot of hard work behind the scenes. Hosted by Fritz Hasselbach, heir and head-winemaker to the Gunderloch estate, the dinner celebrates six of the winery's finest vintages – for which a five-course tasting menu has been crafted by Rosewood London's executive chef, Amandine Chaignot. On arrival, guests will enjoy a canapé reception, before sitting down in the venue's Mirror Room to an Epicurean experience like no other.
