Robert Newman: The Brain Show
How does the brain work? Rob Newman doesn't have a clue – but he's trying to find out
Comedian Robert Newman wrote The Brain Show after volunteering for a brain-imaging experiment meant to locate the part of the brain that lights up when you’re in love. Having taken part Rob emerged with more questions than answers. Can brain scans read our minds? Are we our brains? How can you map the mind? He'll attempt to answer these questions, all the while scanning his brain using a specially constructed MRI-hat that will record Robert’s real-time brain activity during the show. Not recommended for under 16s. Approximate runtime: 1 hour.
"Newman combines proper scientific argument with dazzling shafts of wit."
