An indelible Vietnamese experience in the streets of LondonBúntà is a Vietnamese street food experience brought to London by Luisa Orlando-Nguyen. A professional chef with an itinerant lifestyle, her travels eventually landed her in Saigon where she lived for four years. This pop up event brings a communal celebration of Saigon road- side food and its unique colours & flavours.
The seasonal freshness of locally-grown produce is at the heart of their ethos, and the dishes can be adapted for vegetarians, vegans and omnivores alike. All the dishes are gluten free.
Expect to taste some Hand-sliced lotus roots chips, steamed buns with marinated honey pork shoulder, steamed rice paper rolls wrapped with flavored ground pork and wood-ear mushrooms and charr-grilled lemongrass and black sesame marinated steak served with rice vermicelli salad
