How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem, please send your booking confirmation to kingsrd@theorganicpharmacy.com with your preferred date and time. The voucher, security code and QR code must be clear.
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.

When can I use it?

• Availability: Monday to Sunday (11am - 6pm).
• Voucher valid until September 6, 2026.

• This offer is restricted to those aged 18 and over.
• Limited to one voucher per person. Offer valid for new customers only.
• Advanced booking is required and all appointments are subject to availability.
• Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the voucher being forfeited.
• The £20 product voucher is redeemable against in-store product purchases only and must be used on the day of the treatment.

• Treatment duration includes consultation time and aftercare advice.
• Customers are granted a maximum 5-minute grace period. Arrivals later than this may result in the appointment being cancelled and the voucher forfeited.
• Walk-in appointments are not permitted.
• All bookings must be confirmed by the venue prior to the appointment date.
• Same-day appointments may not be available.
• The Organic Pharmacy operates on a 24-hour cancellation policy. If the booking is cancelled after this time, the voucher will be deemed to have been redeemed for the current booking and cannot be used towards a new booking.
