Schmitt's Antony And Cleopatra

A rare performance of one of the Bard's best

Don't miss out again!

The BBC Symphony Orchestra joins forces with Shakespeare’s Globe for a very special production of the rarely performed Antony And Cleopatra. Featuring the 1920s incidental music from Florent Schmitt, originally created for André Gide’s adaptation of the play, this unique performance offers audiences the chance to see and hear the piece performed in its dramatic context. Directed by Iqbal Khan and featuring actors from the Globe, this promises to be one stellar evening. Please note: children under 5 are not permitted to enter the Barbican Hall, with the exception of family concerts only.
