Take a tour then eat a gin-inspired three course mealYou may have heard by now, but a Sipsmith distillery tour is not only hard to snag tickets to, but it’s well worth the wait. Dedicating an entire night to gin in all its shapes and forms, the guys at Sipsmith have something super special planned.
Starting with a tour of the distillery (G&T in hand, naturally), you’ll be regaled with a brief synopsis of Sipsmith and the history of gin in London, meet Prudence the gorgeous 300 litre copper still, and enjoy a tutored tasting of multiple spirits. After that you’ll be whisked away to the Princess Victoria (the last remaining gin palace in London) where you’ll relish a three-course gin-inspired meal (think venison in juniper sauce, etc) which includes a half bottle of wine, and even leave with a goodie bag (hint: there's a 35cl bottle of gin in it). It's the very definition of a good night out.
