Sundance Film Festival: Memento
Come see the classic..erm...what was it now...?
The legendary Sundance Film Festival comes to London, with three days chock-full of live music, talks, and workshops. Celebrate Sundance history with a Memento screening, introduced by Empire Magazine and John Cooper (Mr Sundance, basically). It won the Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award 2001, and for good reason. This is a complex puzzle, especially when the lead character, who vows to avenge his wife's death, can't remember what happened 15 minutes ago. Best available seating allocated on arrival. Browse YPlan for more Sundance events throughout the weekend.
"There's grade A work from all concerned, especially Pearce, but in the end this is Nolan's film. And he delivers, with a vengeance."
