Tonight is all about getting your tastebuds moving – with a mixture of seafood, meat, and delicious culinary twists.
The six-course tasting menu:
- wasabi infused lobster bisque
- Japanese wood ear mushroom, carrot and tofu gyoza
- salt beef croquette with gherkin mustard mayo
- caramelised scallops with cauliflower, parmesan, and truffle purée
- braised daube of beef with tiger prawns and truffle mash
- salted carmel chocolate torte with pistachio creme fraiche
