An incredible, citywide installation of giant dream jars50 celebrities, as high profile as Steven Spielberg and Stephen Hawking, have contributed to Dream Jars – six feet tall glass jars filled with objects representing their childhood dreams – set out in an art trail in London and across the UK.
In celebration of the upcoming film, The BFG, and the 100th anniversary of Roald Dahl's birth, the trail takes followers to world famous London landmarks like Trafalgar Square, the Tower of London, Leicester Square, Harrods, Emirates Stadium and The Shard.
Steven Spielberg, the award winning director of the film which premieres on 17 July, has his jar filled with "all the sweets in the world" on display in Leicester Square. After the trail ends, on 31 August, the jars will be auctioned off to raise money for Save The Children. See the sights of London in a whole new light and see the dreams that inspired some of the most creative minds in the world.
