We’ve teamed up with Freshlay Farms Golden Yolker, award-winning free-range eggs with deep, golden yolks that are perfect for any occasion, to serve up a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it supperclub in Hackney – naturally. The twist? We’ve invited three chefs to create a trio of delicious egg-based dishes for the evening that showcase the richness of those exceptional Golden Yolkers we’ve all come to know and love. Allow us to introduce you to your chefs for the evening…

Beef tataki, soy-cured Golden Yolker, cress and ginger

Agedashi tofu and soy-cured Golden Yolker (V)

A soft boiled Golden Yolker with flaked confit cod, crispy potatoes, jamon, sherry vinegar and peas

Celeriac, sweet onions, soft boiled Golden Yolker and crispy potatoes (V)

  • This event is restricted to those aged 18 and over. A valid photo ID may be required upon entry to the venue.
  • One ticket per pair (two people).
  • Dietary Requirements: Menu subject to change. As this event is a bespoke celebration of the Freshlay egg brand, we are unfortunately unable to cater for vegan diets. If you have any other allergies or specific dietary requirements, please email us at eventsmanager@timeout.com. All allergy information must be received at least 14 days prior to the event; we may not be able to accommodate requests made after this date or on the night.
  • Seating Policy: Seating will be reserved in accordance with tickets purchased together in a single transaction. While we will do our absolute best to seat groups together, this cannot always be guaranteed due to the communal nature of the venue.
