Close your eyes for a sec and go back to your childhood. Remember when you were shown a magic trick. When you fell for the magician's illusion hook, line and sinker. We're all older now. Wiser, more sceptical. It's gonna take a whole lotta convincing for us to fall for a silly magic trick. Which is where The Illusionists steps in – the spectacular showcase of seven of the world's most talented illusionists has audiences across the world believing in magic once again. With stunning displays of levitation, mind-reading, disappearance and, for the first time ever, a full view water torture escape, even the staunchest of sceptics will leave with their jaws hanging open. This truly has to be seen to be believed. The Shaftesbury Theatre was the last theatre to be built on Shaftesbury Avenue which was originally named The Princes Theatre. On Boxing Day 1911, the theatre opened with a production of The Three Musketeers. More than a 100 years down the line, the Shaftesbury Theatre is still a centrepiece of what makes the West End a destination for theatregoers. Please arrive on time as latecomers may not be admitted. All ticket prices for The Illusionists include no booking fees. YPlan will not charge you any additional amounts for your tickets. If booking multiple tickets please make sure to book from one YPlan account at the same time if you want to be seated together.
