The Luna Cinema: Mamma Mia
Movie in the moonlight
Luna Cinema host the UK's leading open-air screenings, riffing on a simple premise: classic films, big screens, beautiful settings. Tonight the location is the lush Swanley Park; surely it doesn't get much better than that? Mamma Mia follows Catherine, whose wedding on a beautiful Greek isle is fast approaching. Set to a bunch of Abba hits she embarks out on a quest to figure out who her father is, choosing from a pool of three men from her mother’s past. Sing-along fun. Best available seating. Certificate PG. There's a bar and hot food available on site, but feel free to bring a picnic. You'll probably wanna bring a blanket to sit on and something cosy to wear too. The screening will go ahead whatever the weather, so bring a waterproof jacket or a blanket. There are ponchos available to buy on site.
"This movie isn't just unapologetic fluff; it's aggressive, out-loud-and-proud fluff. Just like ABBA."
