The Organic Jam does just that. They bring together musicians to come and improv along with their collective DJ set. The result is a dazzling mix of improvised music and talent merging. They only perform live, and never rehearse. They don’t even have a set list. This could be seen as either foolhardy, or totally brilliant. We know it’s the latter. This fusion of electronic and instrumental music is impressive at the best of times, throw in a burger and a cocktail and it’s a brilliant night out all round.
