The ANC's London recruits talk about their covert operationsAfter imprisoning or exiling nearly all of the ANC's leaders by 1966, young men and women in London began to smuggle ANC literature into South Africa in the late '60s and '70s. Their work, although cloaked in secrecy, kept the message of struggle alive and developed a resistance strategy over the years. Though they've been silent until now, the London recruits are now starting to come out with their missions and stories. Listen to Ken Keable, Bob Newland, and Tom Bell (all ANC London recruits) as they recount their tales.
