Two couples. Friendship, suspicion, deceit…and the truth
Following the phenomenal successes of Florian Zeller’s The Father and The Mother, Theatre Royal Bath Productions and Menier Chocolate Factory Productions are delighted to transfer the UK premiere of Zeller’s biting new play The Truth to the West End. Translated by Christopher Hampton, directed by Lindsay Posner and starring Tanya Franks (Broadchurch), Alexander Hanson (Stephen Ward), Frances O'Connor (The Missing) and Robert Portal (Communicating Doors), this is a whirlwind production of one contemporary theatres brightest playwrights. Charles Wyndham always dreamed of building a theatre of his own. In 1900, having won over the admiration of a patron and the financial confidence of friends, he realised his dream and opened the Wyndham's Theatre. Now, the Wyndham's is one of the most reputable venues in London's West End. Expect quality shows that are original, inventive and every bit as exciting as the West End should be. Runtime: 1 hour 30 minutes, with no interval. All ticket prices for The Truth are inclusive of booking fees: YPlan will not charge you any additional amounts for your tickets. When booking tickets, you can pick your seat from the seatmap once you've selected a date. For your comfort and security, you may be subject to additional checks on your visit to London theatres. Your patience and understanding is appreciated while these take place. Valid ID required for ticket collection. West End theatre ticket sales are final and bookings cannot be amended, exchanged or refunded (unless of course the performance is cancelled). All listed offers are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.
