The best of the best from the dairies of Campania
Have you ever heard of The Sauce? No? You should get right on that because they craft artisan grocery boxes (apologies, the correct term would be ‘party box’, which we much prefer) that deliver direct to your door. Sourcing from the finest ingredients, this event is geared entirely toward the magnificence that is buffalo mozzarella.
After much trial and error, they’ve located the most delicious version from the gorgeous Southern Italian region of Campania. Once you arrive, you’ll be greeted with a glass of wine from the area, followed directly by sampling. On the menu are 250 and 500g versions of Caseificio Il Granato, Rivabianca, Masseria Lupata, Primavera, and Barlotti. At the end of the night, you’ll be able to tell the difference between handmade and machine made, and all the other tricks of the trade. Then, if you can stomach it, you’ll even get a mozzarella ball to take home. Buon appetito!
