A spectacular stage reimagining of the 1978 music phenomenon
Aliens. Interplanetary invasion. A 3D holograph of Liam Neeson. Yup, this ain't your average West End show. The award-winning 1978 album Jeff Wayne's Musical Version Of The War Of The Worlds has been spectacularly reimagined for the stage. Based on the classic sci-fi story by HG Wells, this West End debut features a star cast including David Essex, Jimmy Nail, Daniel Bedingfield and more and music conducted by Jeff Wayne and featuring The Black Smoke Band and the ULLAdubULLA strings. Make no doubt about it – this is going to be out of this world. The Dominion opened in 1929 with an American musical comedy on golf by De Sylvia Brown and Henderson called Follow Through (Follow Thru on Broadway) with not much success.
