Feel the burn!
Today, the Zumba Twinz hit up London with their high energy dancing and party atmosphere. Having fun makes you forget you're even exercising and gives a nice twist to the usual Jane Fonda-eqsue aerobic moves. The Twinz are joined by Craig Addison, founder of Zumba Riot, and Natalia Varela, International Latin Presenter. Legwarmers optional.
