WHAT IS IT? Two tickets to The National Gallery’s new exhibition showcasing some of Thomas Cole’s epic landscapes from America. WHY BUY? Starting out as a self-taught artist from Bolton, Thomas Cole has emerged as one of the greatest American landscape artists of his generation, using his incredible art to protest the destruction of the natural world. This exhibition is a rare chance to see Cole’s incredible works, including his masterpiece ‘Oxbow’ and his awe-inspiring portrayals of Eden showing the force of nature. There will also be work from some of Cole’s influencers Turner, Martin and Constable on show. Watch empires rise and fall as you lose yourself in Cole’s vast American wilderness at this stunning exhibition – tickets are 2-for-1 if you buy through Time Out. This voucher is valid for two tickets to Thomas Cole: Eden to Empire at The National Gallery. The exhibition runs until the 7th of October. Open daily 10am – 6pm (last admission 5.15pm).  Friday Lates until 9pm (last admission 8.15pm).  Please present your ticket voucher and show it at the National Gallery ticket desk. Walk up offer only. Cannot be redeemed online. Children under 12 years of age can enter exhibitions for free with a paying adult. A complimentary ticket is required and can be collected in person from the ticket desk on the day of your visit.
