One Restaurant, one table, twelve guestsMost restaurants play it safe. it's not often that a restaurant decides to mix things up a bit and bend the rules. This, however, isn't the case with the Latin American culinary project UNA. Here is what UNA have done: they have taken the rulebook, ripped it to shreds, thrown it into the frying pan and cooked up a delicious renegade restaurant experience.
The brainchild of Head Chef Martin Milesi, UNA's One Table Experience will bring twelve diners around one table inside of the breathtaking St. Pancras Clock Tower. Guests will be served a seven-course tasting menu that takes them on a gastronomical journey through the Latin American region. Courses will be accompanied by a carefully curated selection of wines from Argentina. This popup is unlike any other culinary experience and there's a very limited amount of spaces, so we'd suggest snapping one up soon.
