You’ve heard of escape rooms, right? Solving puzzles, finding clues, beating the clock to bust out of the world you’ve been trapped in – it’s undeniably thrilling stuff. Well, there’s a new player in the world of immersive experiences, and it’s part escape room, part theatre. Tomb Raider: The Live Experience – located in Camden – will see you becoming a hero in Lara Croft’s world. It begins with you, as an archaeology student, getting a message from Lara Croft while out in the field in Finland, asking you to join her in protecting an ancient artefact from falling into the wrong hands. From there, you’ll go on an adrenaline-fuelled journey through scenic worlds, meeting characters from the Tomb Raider franchise, solving puzzles and going on a zip line and through assault courses. The whole thing goes for about two hours, and right now, you can score a ticket to the opening season for just £45.
