Vault Festival 2016: Success – A Scratch

A work-in-progress looking at celebrity, success and everything that comes with it

"Sweetly inventive and brazenly original.”

London’s biggest arts festival is returning: make your way underground for six weeks of creativity, innovation and chaos at Vault Festival. With more than 100 different shows spread across eight incredible venues, you're not going to find anything else like it above or below ground any time soon. This is it. Our 15 minutes of fame. It’s going to be big and bright and expensive. It’s going to be extraordinary. We’re going to wear sequins and shimmy. We’re going to break a record coz we’re the tallest man in the world. Or not. Whatever you want. Just do whatever you can to keep us in the limelight. For as long as possible. Success – a new scratch by Plunge Theatre – looks at survival, celebrity and capitalism. Expect: pop tunes, cake and one WTF moment after another. The show takes place in the Brick Hall space. Running time is approximately 30 minutes.
