She can borrow Shakespeare’s words to play many parts, but can she play herself?
When Lowri lost her mother, she lost her voice. The vocabulary of her childhood disintegrated, the old words failed to fit the new story. Denial, shock...acceptance? Can she rewrite a version of herself which can speak these new words? Developed in conjunction with Anna Marsland (assistant director at the RSC and Globe), this is a fascinating slice of heartfelt theatre. Over 14s only. Valid ID required.
"Intelligent and heartfelt with a beautiful, seamlessly relatable application of Shakespeare’s language."
