- Sidecar: Courvoisier VSOP, Countreau, and lemon juice.
- Alexander: Courvoisier VSOP, Creme de Cacao, cream, and nutmeg.
- Club Cocktail: Courvoisier VSOP, Maraschino liqueur, pineapple juice, and Peychaud's bitters.
