Even if you don't have the budget for a flamboyant new hat to don on Derby Day, fear not. The folks over at Stone Rose Lounge are saving the day with their third annual party, complete with a spectacular view of Central Park and old-timey jazz tunes. The southern food menu and all day drink specials (courtesy of Woodford Reserve) certainly don't hurt either.
