Chef Daphne Cheng is a vegan chef extraordinaire who toots a long list of celebrity clients that include Vera Wang and Alec Baldwin. She’s also the proprietor of Suite ThreeOhSix, a swanky loft that plays host to pop-up dinners with guest chefs on the cutting edge of vegetable-based cuisine. Mum's the word on the details for the secret five-course menu, but what we do know is the chefs will be tinkering around with edible flowers in each course. Rad.
