A trio of brothers poised for pop stardom
Sure, AJR might be a trio of vocally talented brothers with legions of female fans, but rest assured, they’re not of the Jonas variety. Rather than churning out manufactured tracks, the brothers mix melodious rock with a ukulele here and there and reach a wider demographic than their catchy pop songs suggest. But they’re no sellouts; they walked away from Sony and Universal's interest in favor of something smaller. Seems to have worked out pretty well, no? Novelette and Minor Soul will join. General admission. Over 16s only.
"Their sound is an alterna-blend that appeals to both fainting tweens and thoughtful music consumers alike."
