A retro songstress unveils her app-album + performs
Watch your back, Björk. A young singer/songwriter by the name of Beatie Wolfe is tapping into the app-album game. The first artist to globally release a 3D interactive album, "8ight," she'll pop into Apple's SoHo store to perform, discuss, and demo the finished product. Oh, and there’s no threat of this splashy debut upstaging her raw, velvety croon. She’s got talent in droves. Did we mention Leonard Cohen thinks she’s awesome? Just sayin’. General admission. This event is free, but entry is guaranteed. We need your card details to store the event information in "My Tickets," but rest assured, we won't charge you a penny.
"With masses of unbridled energy, her beautiful melodies envelop the listener in wild stories of love and lust, as she delicately describes the poetry and tragedy of relationships."
