Avenue Q The Musical
Sweet satire from the Tony-winning musical
Talk about a triple threat. With three Tonys under its belt for Best Musical, Best Score, and Best Book, Avenue Q has managed to cover all the bases with a cast of foul-mouthed puppets. With colorful types like the girl next door, the Republican, the internet sexpert, and Lucy The Slut (self-explanatory), a recent college grad who goes by the name of Princeton tries to make it all work in the Big Apple. There's really no appropriate age for this show, but we hear you'll score major street cred if you bring your wayward teens. May be inappropriate for ages 12 and under. Children under 4 are not permitted in the theatre."…remains a sly and winning piece of metamusical tomfoolery."
