Global grooves from the bohemian quartet
Fine, maybe the name is a misnomer. There are exactly zero Brazilians and one woman in the foursome that make up Brazilian Girls, but that’s hardly a reason to cast them off. Their music swings in every direction, appealing to the rapper, pop artist, and rock geek in you, all at once. Italian-born Sabina Sciubba is a siren on her own; she sings in five languages with Sade-levels of sophistication. After a hiatus the quartet are back with their pan-European tracks and Davi Vieira and DJ Hardedge will kick things off. We just can’t get enough. General admission. This event is all ages. Seating in the venue is first come, first served. There is a full dinner menu available for extra cost and a $10 minimum per person for all tables.
"Laid-back groove, with the usual transcontinental chic, easy-going house beats, and multilingual flourishes."
