Jimmy's No. 43 are keeping it fresh and homegrown by tag teaming with Vermont Sail Freight Project, an organization that ships regional goodness along the Hudson River. Toast the launch of Slyboro Currant Cider with a menu that includes corn soup and sparkling cider, heirloom beet salad, grain risotto, carrots cooked in milk with polenta, an apple tart, and an Eden ice cider. It's just the thing to wrap up NY Cider Week.
