Chef Dan Barber, who ensured Blue Hill at Stone Barns landed onto every foodie's must-try list, is taking the familiar farm to table formula to new heights. The culinary maverick published a book on the food revolution entitled The Third Plate, and he'll dish all about it with the best moderator out there, NPR's This American Life host Ira Glass.
