Blues rock from New Orleans by way of CaliforniaEric Lindell makes ideal roadtrippin’ music; in other words the kind of jams you could listen to for a long time. The Northern California-raised singer songwriter creates bluesy soul rock with Americana soul, but with distinctly 1970s undertones. He's performed at Late Night With Conan and his songs have supplied the soundtracks for Friday Night Lights and True Blood. Now he's bringing his fiery sets to the East Village. It's all really good stuff.
