From super trendy pop-up to sweet new Meatpacking digs, Malt n Mash is revamping the hood's culinary scene. And we couldn’t really expect any less from its chef, Nahid Ahmed. Having trained at some of the world’s best restaurants including El Bulli, Fat Duck, and French Laundry, the fare at Malt n Mash reflects the same progressive and elegant execution with a flare for the experimental. Check out some highlights from the stellar menu: -octopus with black garlic and coco -sweetbreads with mole negro and popcorn grits -short rib with tamarind soy and scallion ash Seated dining for two guests.
