Luckily, Cook & Go has all your bases covered. After this class you’ll know how to whip up the perfect three-course meal for a feel-good dinner party. The scrumptious lesson plan includes a mousseline of arugula salad and tofu with radishes and granny smith apple vinaigrette, beef with black mushrooms and green pepper, and a mango papillote with lemongrass and lime.
