Comedy, terrorism + racial profiling combine in this buzzy play
Comedy and terrorism aren’t usually used in the same sentence, but there’s no skirting around it…I Call My Brothers manages to slyly merge the two. Inspired by a suicide bombing in Stockholm, the play spans a 24-hour period inside the mind of a Middle-Eastern resident and his fears, observations, and paranoia. Through a series of comic events, I Call My Brothers sheds light on racial profiling in a poignant and offbeat way. Best available seating allocated by the venue on arrival.
