Hazy folk-pop from Here We Go Magic’s frontman
Luke Temple’s been known to favor some experimental techniques for his original blend of folky pop tunes. He’s the master of textured soundscapes, but his latest album, Good Mood Fool, is all about the singer’s dreamy soulful vocals. Makes sense when you know that Temple recorded the album in upstate New York with the help of Glass Ghost and Dirty Projectors. Plus, psychedelic rockers Celestial Shore will join him for a full on jam out. Pro-tip: don't miss the happy hour from 7pm-8pm before the show (we heard there'll be $3 beers and $5 well drinks). Cheers! General admission. This event is all ages. Valid ID required.
"While Temple's main act has perfected their distant, clinical brand of spacey indie rock, 'Florida' takes on a warmer, soulful guise..."
