How do mermaids parade? Don't their tails get in the way? There's only one way to find out...Coney Island's annual art parade is a riot of sequin-festooned creativity. Join the revelers to watch the floats pass along Surf Avenue, ridden by mermaids, hippocampi, and all manner of wondrous aquatic creatures. This event is free and entry is on a first come first served basis, so it can't be guaranteed.
