Rhythms from reggae royalty
It doesn't matter what moniker he's going under these days, Michael Rose has been a leading name in the reggae scene ever since winning the genre’s first ever Grammy along with his Black Uhuru crew back in 1985. And while his heyday was in the '80s, he’s still on his A-game; his most recent album was released just last year. Rose will be joined by the equally legendary duo Sly & Robbie. General admission. Seating in the venue is first come, first served. There is a full dinner menu available for extra cost and a $10 minimum per person for all tables.
"In the early '80s if you wanted both critical and popular approval in the the dancehalls, there was only one rhythm team you needed to call to get your skank on: Sly & Robbie."
