A horror-themed gourmet feast
Under the stewardship of head chef David Santos, Louro creates inventive modern American cuisine. It’s Halloween season however, which seems an opportune time to dabble in a spot of spooky supper club fun. This haunting menu is inspired by Dante’s Inferno, with gourmet dishes named after The Silence of the Lambs (lamb salad, favas with chianti reduction) and Bram Stoker’s Dracula (roasted garlic cream and broccoli rabe) among others. How much horror can you handle?
