Hostelling International Kitchen’s fun, approachable cooking classes are our go-to when we need to add some spice to our normal culinary repertoire. This Southeast Asian cooking course focuses primarily on Thailand and Vietnam, but don’t’ expect a stuffy lesson plan, the environment’s super social and hands-on. Not to mention you get to feast on the stellar menu and sip on a free glass of wine afterwards. It’s a win-win.
