The legendary rock band go back to the basics with a special acoustic set
Forget the amps. Nothing says authentic like a good ol’ acoustic set. The Black Crowes, the bluesy southern rock band with longevity (going strong since 1989) and a loyal fan base to boot (20 million albums sold and counting) just released Croweology, their all-acoustic double-album. The Atlanta natives are going back to their gospel influences and rock 'n roll roots with this unplugged concert. They'll also be joined by the über popular Justin Townes Earle. Happy hootin’ and hollerin’, YPlanners. General admission. Over 18s only.
"Croweology has classic-rock radio staples like "Remedy" and "She Talks to Angels," but the album is much better than a greatest-hits affair — it's a reason to go on."
