Dramedy strikes the medieval revival set
Please note that bookings can only be made in pairs ($22 per person). Grab a bud and don't miss this awesome show. With all those bloody sword fights and saucy getups, 12th century throwbacks are breeding grounds for drama. The Faire follows the behind-the scenes lives of five performers at one of these renaissance fairs located in the backwoods of northern California. Resisting irrelevance in a society no longer titillated by sorcery or tortured by the black plague, the Actress, the Virgin, the Old Burnout, and others band together to shield their odd little world from the naysayers. Tragic? Yes, but mostly funny. General admission.
"The activity behind the curtain is particularly delicious in Fault Line Theatre's premiere of The Faire, a sharp comedy by Crystal Finn."
