Serving up some brand spanking new theatre
Once a year, Theater:Village present a series of plays in West Village theatres, aiming to deepen community engagement and put on the best shows around. Solitary Light tells the story of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory, which was tragically burned down in 1911. Through the eyes of those who were there, the production follows Frank and Louise – immigrant workers and lovers – in their aim to educate 1911 New York on the working class experience. A must-see.
