As one of the pioneers in molecular gastronomy, pastry chef Will Goldfarb is praised for his ability to totally wow diners all over the world with unconventional techniques. Luckily for NYC, he’s in town, and along with chef David Santos and mixologist Mayur Subbarao, they're throwing an exclusive dinner that revolves around the three most important food groups: sugar, fat, and alcohol.
