The idea behind Xu’s Public House is to bring a unique, authentic Chinese dining experience to New York. The cuisine is primarily Shanghai-influenced but draws its inspiration from various of China’s many provinces. The menu, created by renowned, Shanghai-based chef Louis Shen and his staff, places particular emphasis on fresh, high-quality ingredients and eye-pleasing presentation.
